  • Treasure

    Stars hide away, beneath the far dark night;
    we look around in a daze, and find a shine all around.
    Beyond the bridge lies an angel, smiling, abated;
    to reach, to go, far away, where she hides her smile.

    Day and night all pass away alike, outshining every pursuit,
    to the untravelled path, and the inland depth of the sea.
    Someday alone, or accompanied by a cry — but through;
    and the morning calls, for treasure, at this time.

  • One Arm to Hold

    How long I chase my dreams, only to find them void;
    how long I travel alone, on the path I aspire to;
    how far I go, alone, with one lost reach —
    and by the evening, I wake to my own night,
    through and through my own pain…

    And by the morning, I want to wake holding one arm,
    and smile with you, for the rest of my life.

  • Sleep

    In the arms of the night,
    in the shadow of darkness,
    in the wilderness of a new day,
    in the weakness of a lost one;
    in the grip of memories,
    in the vision of dreams —
    unstoppable, irresistible,
    I sleep alone, with my love.

  • Endless Dream

    Behold my dreams, and wing them afar,
    to a place farther than the far of your smile,
    to a heart as close as yours and mine —
    I shall be told to love thee, and always.

  • She Comes and Goes

    I am far through the sea’s depth, but still lost within;
    I reach my thoughts and speak to myself — but of you…

    I ask her to come in dreams, not in life — though I want her there;
    I wonder at her eyes each day, despite the tears I collect every time…

    I asked her to come and live again, for all the love that still remains;
    and she makes her moves, while I waste my time…

    She comes, and goes, and whispers — sad, this time;
    but I know, alas, she is the one — I laughed through all my past, with a cry.

  • Another World

    Glaring, those black eyes at mine —
    I wonder, who is the angel?
    I moved back to the yard, and caught a glance of her:
    she is my love, and you…

    Holding back my heartbeat every time,
    I steady myself, and whisper in her ear,
    “Will you be my forever, in every life?”
    And she smiles back, and says yes to me…

    She pressed her lips to mine,
    and I wandered, in a wonderland;
    though she knows this is only for a while,
    she is the one I know — with love…

    I move back to my present, with hope,
    and all I see is one faint message of hers:
    “I know you, but you are not mine.”
    I know she is mine — but in another world.

  • The Bird’s Tail

    Swiftly, she is flying through these dreams of mine;
    and every time I look — just look — into her eyes, I find my own.
    I hide myself from her world,
    but how could I ever do that, with this heart of mine?

  • Way to Home

    Waking in the arms of your creator,
    and breathing free air all the way;
    lost in the nothingness of the bluish, infinite sky,
    wondering at countless stars on a lonely night;

    gazing at the moon to spot an alien ship someday,
    trying random spells, hoping to work magic with them one day —
    these are memoirs for forever;
    and nothing else ever gives such satisfaction.

  • The Sky of His Own Story

    The fliers of dreams have no time to stay back in the nest and talk of comfort;
    the travelers of the endless sky keep no count of how many times they’ve been pushed back. At the height of success, even the moon may cast your shadow off your glory —
    yet even a winner must lose his ground once, if only to reach the sky of his own story.
